• We do not use your website content or chat data to train AI models.

Your data is stored on servers located in Germany (EU). We use industry-standard security measures to protect it.

• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your conversation history.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies. The chat widget stores a visitor ID in the browser to maintain conversation history.

Third-Party Services

We use Groq for AI processing. Chat messages are sent to their servers to generate responses. Groq does not store or use this data beyond providing the response. See Groq's Privacy Policy.

We use Microsoft Clarity and PostHog for analytics. These services collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the service.

We use Resend for transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of sending you account-related emails.

Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for processing is:

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provide the InstantBot service.
